To be deployed through IBM's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), the expanded portfolio of SAP CRM Rapid Deployment solutions enables companies to gain competitive advantage by delivering a superior customer experience.

 

The new SAP CRM Rapid Deployment solutions deliver efficiency in various functionalities including account and contact management, activity management, groupware integration, performance management and opportunity management.
