Car entertainment – proper rest for busy work

It is probably no coincidence that most of the major world religions exhort human beings to set aside time each week for rest. And even those who would not consider themselves religious still speak to the value of rest, because as humans, we all have physical limitations.

There is a danger in our world to self-exalt ourselves over our limitations – to claim that we can work without rest. But there is great danger in losing the natural rhythm between rest and work, great danger for our physical bodies, our emotional well-being, our relationships, and our spirituality. Simply put, we must guard the natural rhythms of work and rest.

Minimalism provides more opportunity for valuable rest, refreshment, and enjoyment. Removing the relentless pursuit of physical possessions from our lives frees us from the pursuit of the almighty dollar; removing unnecessary physical possessions from our lives frees us from the burden of caring for them; removing clutter from our homes allows energy to flow more freely; and removing the value we place on physical items allow us to redirect our values and priorities.

Therefore, take a deep breath or better yet, take a nap, and return to the natural rhythms of work and rest. However, to achieve it, you should have enough relaxation time and know how to unwind.

City life makes most things easily accessible, now you can use various forms of transportation to get around, and you might tend to enjoy more quality time with your friends since they probably live nearby. Sometimes driving out with your family is a great way to enjoy life and different kinds of car entertainments indeed add more fun for you.

Find the time to check out your surroundings, talk to neighbors, watch the sky, sit with a pet, water the garden by hand, or watch your kids play in the dirt by themselves. Spend some time in enjoying the quiet, watching the clouds, or enjoying a cup of your favorite tea while resting your body. Go for long walks in the park, look and smell the flowers. That is what this experience of life is all about – it's not about busying yourself all day and missing out. Take the time you need to experience each and every day – your mind and body will appreciate it.

We are always busy getting ready to live, but never living. Live, laugh and love. Don't miss it because you were too busy planning for tomorrow.

Car entertainment add your happiness

How we achieve happiness can be different for each one of us. Our passions, expectations, life experiences and even our personalities all contribute to the level of happiness we experience in our lives. Some people find happiness in their careers while others prefer the bliss found in their simple life. No matter how you define happiness for yourself, there are certain simple ways to bring and add more joy into your life.

Spend Time with Your Friends

Although an abundant social and romantic life does not itself guarantee joy, it does have a huge impact on our happiness. Learn to spend time with your friends and make the friendships a priority in your life. For example, you can take a drive outside and share the same movie played by the latest car entertainment device with your best friends in your vehicle.

Savor Every Moment

To be in the moment is to live in the moment. Too often we are thinking ahead or looking ahead to the next event or circumstance in our lives, not appreciating the "here and now." When we savor every moment, we are savoring the happiness in our lives.

Pursue your goals

The absence of goals in our lives, or more specifically avoiding to pursue our goals, makes us feel like we are stuck and ineffective. The pursuit of goals in our personal lives, in our relationships, or with our careers, is the difference between a mediocre life or a life full of passion and enthusiasm. Pursue your goals and watch your happiness soar.

Rest

There are times when we need the time to unwind, decompress, or to put it simply, just "to chill". Life comes at all of us hard and fast. Time, as do the days on the calendar, keeps going forward at its own natural pace, which is not always the pace we would choose. Fatigue, stress and exhaustion may begin to settle in on us faster than we may think, or notice. The best remedy for this is indeed rest. Maybe going to a new place for a short tour is a good way to have a rest, with different views and different feelings.

Quietly Enjoying Your Love Songs

I believe everyone has one or several special songs that keep us excited. Sometimes, quietly listening to our favorite tunes is the best way for relaxing and pleasing. Use your portable car DVD player to play some pretty music.

Life also needs more car entertainment

Are you bearing the burden of family, life and business? Are you tired of long busy work and heavy load? Nowadays, with the quickening pace of life and increasing working pressure, we should learn to turn pressure into a motive force.

Find little, simple pleasures and more entertainment including car entertainment to make your days much more pleasant. If you can use them properly, they will bring great changes for your boring life.

Learn to adapt yourself to slow life

In the morning, have a cup of coffee, and sip it slowly to enjoy it fully. Read a gripping novel, and revel in the world of fiction. Watch the sun come up, and marvel at the world in pastel hues.

Make more Friends

Make more friends, attend in more group activities or communicate more with your friends. When you have many friends, you won't feel lonely any more. Care more about your friends then you won't feel stressed naturally.

Listening to Music

Now many people love music and people spend most time on the road. Listening to good music in the car whether you are driving or riding is a great option. Keep your car full of beautiful musical note and relax yourself completely.

Outside Travelling

What to do when you are under a lot of pressure and feel sad? Gather some of your good friend to have a group self-driving travel to spend a holiday. On the way, you can enjoy the joy the car entertainment devices bring. Outside the car, return to nature and hear the bird singing, draw beautiful pictures together. Outdoor tourism can effectively reduce the stress for us.

Keep Exercising

Have a sport you like, such as Yogo, walking, playing balls. Keep exercising half an hour everyday which will make you suffer from bigger pressure.

Popcorn and watching an old movie on car DVD player at home or in your car, walking on the beach, dancing like you're crazy, having a nature hike, laying back and watching the stars, having a picnic, swimming at night, staying up all night talking, watching a ocean, laying back and looking up at clouds and much more.

You get the idea – these are little things, and don't really cost a thing (or not much, anyway), but they are tremendously satisfying. It's difficult to avoid stressing from work and life is always boring. Never mind, just learn to release pressure. Your life also needs some entertainment and some car entertainment.

Can you live without car entertainment?

People often mistakenly think that to be a minimalist, you need to live with less than 100 things (or 50 or something crazy like that). That's not at all true.

A minimalist is simply one who questions the necessity of things, and who tries to live with what is necessary, rather than with consumerism.

The 100 thing challenge is just a tool: by trying to reduce your possession to 100 things, it forces you to look at them and ask, ‘Is this really necessary? Can I live without it?'

So forget about the 100 things challenge, and instead just as yourself the questions. Is it really necessary? Can you live without it?

For example, could you live without these things?

Cable TV

A smart phone

Any kind of cell phone

Any kind of TV

Any kind of computer

An Internet connection

A couch

More than one pair of shoes

More than a few shirts, or pants

A microwave

Sweets

More than a handful of books (at a time)

Makeup

Hair

Mementos

A car

Car entertainment

Maybe you can eat less sweet or even go without any sweet. But you can try to imagine, if you leave TV, what would you do when you are bored and could you miss your favorite TV shows and films? Without them, could you live a happy life all the same. If there is not any kind of cell phone with you, how could you call someone in an emergency? How would you talk with your sweetheart when you miss him or her? How would you telephone your family, relatives and friends? And how would you talk business with your business partners? Also imagine, without a car, could you adapt yourself to take a public bus on and off duty? How would you pick up your little kids after school? And if you can't leave a car, could you live without car entertainment? Without any car entertainment, how would you kill the boring time in the car? How would you deal with the noisy children? And could the car life be full of fun and colorful as before?

Some of you will find a few of those items so necessary that it is ridiculous to ask these questions. And I'm not saying you should give any of these things up… I'm only suggesting you ask the questions.
