Make good use of your weekends to lose tiredness

We often feel very tired by Friday, so we sleep till noon on Saturdays and one day past before we react. And there is a lot of housework to deal with on Sundays Monday has come again when we clear our heads. Now I'd like to tell you a method to change your originally draggy and repeating days into efficient ones.

Go to bed earlier on Friday night

You should try your best to leave the fatigue of the whole week "until Saturday" rather than "until next Monday".

You'd better go to bed as early as you can without fail on Friday night to get a refreshed Saturday morning only if you have some special circumstances like the social activities.

It is suggested that you spend some time to take a bath. Anyway you should soak in the bathtub and don't have a shower bath because it can eliminate the tiredness effectively.

How to enjoy the Saturdays?

Get up early

Don't drag your feet on the bed to make the precious weekends past fast. If you drag on the bed, you would think it become shorter psychologically. This can lead to a bad mood that "Why do the Mondays come so fast?"

You must have breakfast unless there are special circumstances. Eating breakfast makes us more excited all through the day so that we won't get tired very easy.

Do some housework in the morning

If there are too many clothes to wash, you'd better finish it in the morning and you also can do some sweeping this time.

Go outside in the afternoon

Go out for a new mood. It's good to go out on Saturday because you will get more tired on Monday after Sunday's outing.

You can go to a coffee shop, go to a cultural school for a class or enjoy the fun that a car DVD player bring to you during driving, which can help you keep a regular weekend life. Forget your work and relax yourself to your heart's content. And please choose the Saturday night to stay up late!

How to have a good Sunday?

Get up early again

Do the same as the Saturday. Try to finish the things you need to do in the morning.

Spend an easygoing afternoon

You can watch some DVDs, read some books or enjoy some music.

Sleep early

Maybe you can't help watching DVDs or surfing the net until very late, but you must force yourself to sleep early. There will much work waiting for you the next day.

In a word, as long as you have two days off in a week, it's easy to eliminate all the tiredness of the whole week.
